HW-HD35 supports wire harness continuous & spot taping.
The HW-D30 is a highly versatile automatic wire harness taping machine supporting various wrapping methods including point wrapping, full wrapping, multi-segment wrapping, and transposed wrapping with precision and efficiency.
HW-D30 supports harness diameters up to 30mm; HW-D30H supports up to 40mm. Tape widths: 5-25mm (customizable). Common tape inner diameters: Ф32, Ф37 (HW-D30H also supports Ф72).
Key features include automatic tape cutting upon completion, point wrapping with adjustable turns, full wrapping with adjustable overlap, multi-segment wrapping up to 50 programmable segments, and transposed wrapping with adjustable separation.
Both models achieve max wrapping speed of 4500r/min and operate on 110/220VAC power. HW-D30: 56*50*35cm, 45kg; HW-D30H: 56*54*39cm, 55kg.
