Application
The CB-T15 is a fully automatic machine that performs cutting of tape, wrapping around the hose, and automatic cutting of the hose in one integrated operation for braided hose processing.
It supports hose diameters of Φ8-15mm (customizable) with cutting length of 1-99999mm and tolerance ≤±1mm for L<1000. Tape width: 10-20mm (customizable) with non-elastic adhesive tape.
Cutting speed: 600-700 pieces per hour (for 800mm hose length). Taping speed: 4 seconds per cycle. Taping rounds can be set according to requirements.
Key features include integrated cutting and tape wrapping in one operation, belt feeding system, customizable hose diameter and tape width, and settable taping rounds for flexible production.
