Description
The CP-50 and CP-100 are automatic plastic tube cutting machines engineered for inline operation with plastic tube extrusion production lines. Unlike standalone belt-fed cutting machines, the tube is fed directly from the extrusion line into the cutting station, enabling a truly integrated production workflow.
The CP-50 handles tubes up to 50 mm OD, while the CP-100 accommodates tubes up to 100 mm OD. Other tube diameters can be customized up to a maximum of 125 mm. These machines are suitable for PC, PE, PVC, PP, ABS, PS, PET, and other plastic pipes.
The rotary cold-knife cutting system delivers chipless cutting with a flat, smooth cut surface, helping to prevent indentation, scratches, and tube deformation. Different tube diameters require interchangeable fixtures to secure the tube and prevent movement during cutting.
