The TS-R01 completes wire stripping and ferrule crimping in a single cycle, streamlining cable processing. It is particularly effective for multi-core cables using BVR wire sizes 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.5mm².
It processes BVR wires of 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.5mm². Compatible terminals have insulator length ≤7.5mm and conductor length ≤10mm, with a maximum stripping length of 17mm.
The TS-R01 offers a production rate of one wire every 2.5 seconds, improving efficiency by 3-4 times compared to separate processes. It features high-speed pneumatic control for fast and reliable pressure application.
Key features include one-step stripping and ferrule crimping, quick terminal changeover without vibration plate replacement, automatic strip diameter and crimping pressure adjustment, and a vibrating disk feeding system for easy terminal replacement.
