The TS-M02 is a specialized machine for stripping and crimping core wires within multi-conductor sheathed cables. It automates inner wire stripping and terminal crimping in one seamless step, supporting 1-16 cores with wire sizes from 0.3mm² to 0.75mm².
It supports 1-16 cores. Wire size: 5 cores (min. 0.75mm), 8 cores (min. 0.5mm), 12 cores (min. 0.3mm). Core stripping length: 1-7mm (custom available). Jacket stripping length requires more than 30mm based on core count.
The machine delivers 700-800 pieces per hour (for 6-core cables) with a 2-ton crimping force. It features frequency conversion control for smooth starts and stops with minimal mechanical wear.
