Wire stripping and terminal crimping
The TS-U015 and TS-U02 are machines that perform wire stripping and terminal crimping in a single operation. They are ideal for multi-core and flat cables such as computer core wires, USB data cables, and headphone cables.
Both models process AWG16-AWG24 wires with a stripping length range of 0.8-7mm and a stripping length tolerance of 0.05-0.1mm. They feature a 30mm stroke for consistent crimping.
TS-U015 offers 1.5-ton force with horizontal applicator; TS-U02 offers 2.0-ton force with vertical applicator. Both are designed for consistent, high-quality crimping for various terminal types.
Key features include one-step stripping and crimping, precision microcomputer control with cylinder drive, automatic vacuum suction of waste jackets, low noise operation (motor runs only when foot pedal is engaged), and adjustable gas valve for speed control.
Both require 110/220VAC, 50/60Hz power. Air pressure: TS-U015 (0.3-0.4MPa), TS-U02 (0.5-0.6MPa). Dimensions: 40*36*66cm; weights: 62kg and 65kg respectively, for benchtop installation.
