The TS-R02 is a versatile machine that strips, twists, and crimps loose tubular terminals in a single 2.5-second cycle. It is designed for BVR wires from 0.5-4.0mm² and eliminates the need to change crimping dies for different terminal sizes.
It processes BVR wires of 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5, and 4.0mm². Compatible terminals have insulator length ≤7.5mm and conductor length ≤10mm, with a maximum stripping length of 12mm.
The TS-R02 completes stripping, twisting, and crimping in just 2.5 seconds per wire. It features a mute motor for automatic terminal feeding and four-sided crimping, delivering efficient and quiet operation.
