The TS-W01 is a semi-automatic machine that integrates wire seal loading, wire stripping with twisting, and terminal crimping into a single operation. It is designed for complex wire processing requiring waterproof seals.
It processes wires from 0.2-2.5mm² with stripping lengths of 0-10mm. It handles wire seals up to 10*10mm with a crimping force of 3T and 40mm stroke. Custom feeding rails are required for different seals.
The machine completes one processing cycle in 2.5 seconds. It features the ability to process two-wire stripping and two-wire seal loading simultaneously, significantly improving productivity.
