Description
The HT-WD60 is a detection system purpose-built for the efficient inspection of double-row wire harnesses. It incorporates core functions such as automatic focusing, rapid image processing, and intelligent recognition, making it suitable for inspecting a wide variety of wire harness types and complex structures. The equipment supports sequential inspection of multiple wire harnesses with different shells and can identify wires with a diameter as small as 0.38 mm. It is also capable of detecting cable position and diameter, ensuring quality control and traceability for every wire harness.
In terms of image processing, the system achieves an image processing speed of 2–10 milliseconds, enabling high-speed inspection with a UPH (units per hour) of ≥1,000 wires. This meets the demands of industrial-grade mass production. It supports gapless wire recognition and dual-color wire recognition, adapting to various wire types. Defective product data can be automatically saved in Excel or image format for convenient subsequent analysis and quality traceability.
Furthermore, the equipment provides a WebService interface, allowing seamless integration with enterprise MES systems for centralized data management and production informatization.
Key Features:
Automatic Focusing – Ensures clear imaging and reliable recognition across different harness configurations.
High-Speed Image Processing – Image processing speed of 2–10 ms supports UPH ≥1,000 wires/hour for mass production environments.
Fine Wire Recognition – Capable of identifying wires as small as 0.38 mm in diameter.
Cable Position & Diameter Detection – Verifies both position and diameter for comprehensive quality control.
Multiple Shell Support – Supports sequential inspection of multiple wire harnesses with different shells.
Gapless & Dual-Color Wire Recognition – Adapts to various wire types and complex structures.
Defect Data Export – Automatically saves defective product data in Excel or image format for analysis and traceability.
MES Integration – WebService interface enables seamless connection with enterprise MES systems.
