Power Cord Plug Injection Molding Machine
This injection molding machine is designed for producing a wide range of products, including power plugs, data cables, USB connectors, audio cables, chargers, and more. The injection mold can be customized to match the product specifications, with the injection capacity per cycle determined by product size.
Material Compatibility:
Compatible with various thermoplastics, such as PVC, TPR, TPE, PE, PBT, PC, PS, PP, PU, POM, PMMA, PET, PPO, PPS, ABS, LCP, acrylic, melamine, nylon, polypropylene, polystyrene, and others.

1. Straight Screw Ejection System: Ensures accurate and stable injection molding.
2. Customizable Settings: Supports adjustable two- or three-phase temperature, injection speed, back pressure, and screw speed to meet the requirements of different materials.
3. Flexible Mold Structure: Features a fixed bottom mold and loose top mold, ideal for insert molding and equipped with an ejector for easy product removal.
4. Enhanced Safety: Low-pressure die closure system protects the mold and ensures operational safety.
