Description
Designed for braiding wire harnesses used in automobiles, construction vehicles, aircraft, and other demanding applications. Standard carrier configurations include 16, 24, 32, and 48 carriers (36/40 carriers available upon request). Compatible materials cover PVC/nylon composite yarn, PET, aramid, and nylon. Model selection is determined by harness dimensions.
Two Yarn Supply Methods:
Direct Paper Tube Insertion – Small paper tubes are inserted directly into modified bobbins, eliminating the rewinding step.
Advantage: No rewinder required.
Drawback: Limited to specific tube sizes; lower versatility and higher material cost.
Rewinding onto Bobbins – Large supply packages are rewound onto bobbins using a separate rewinder before loading onto the braider.
Advantage: Compatible with any material package size.
Drawback: Requires a dedicated rewinding machine.
Machine Configurations:
All models use 90-type braiders, except the 16-carrier unit which features a 110 mm deck plate with 90 mm spring carriers.
Available configurations:
Standard Model (PT-B16/24/32/48) – Without top take-up unit, suitable for harnesses up to 3 meters in length.
Upgraded Model (PT-CB16/24/32/48) – Equipped with top take-up unit and dual variable frequency drive, designed for long harnesses.
Premium Model – With coiler/top take-up (as referenced in the PT-CB series).
Operation: Foot switch + hand-held pendant.

The PT-B16, PT-B24, PT-B32, and PT-B48 are automotive cable wire harness braiding machines for automobiles, construction vehicles, and aircraft. They use PVC/nylon, PET, aramid, and nylon yarns with 16-48 carrier configurations.
PT-CB16: Ø3-8mm, 16 spindles; PT-B24: Ø8-12mm, 24 spindles; PT-B32: Ø10-20mm, 32 spindles; PT-B48: Ø20-30mm, 48 spindles. All use 90-type spindles with bobbin specs Ø47*H142mm (PT-B48: Ø147*H142mm).
Key features include direct paper tube insertion or rewinding yarn supply methods, 90-type braider design, foot switch + hand-held pendant operation, and optional top take-up unit with coiler for long harnesses. Upgraded PT-CB models feature dual variable frequency drive.
All models require 380V three-phase power. Dimensions: PT-CB16 80*70*185cm (360kg), PT-B24 82*71*185cm (380kg), PT-B32 110*95*220cm (400kg), PT-B48 120*100*220cm (450kg).
Options include semi-enclosed or fully-enclosed safety shield, inverter-based or servo motor with PLC touchscreen control, top take-up unit with coiler (PT-CB series), and 36/40 carrier configurations available upon request.
Standard machines are ready in 3-5 workdays; customized orders require confirmation. The machine is shipped with a manual and video for self-installation. Technical support is available via phone, email, or video. Spare parts are sent via FedEx or DHL for fast delivery.
